Job Position : Jr. Recruiter / Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Team Lead

Walk-In Location : Ambala, Haryana

Location : Chandigarh, Punjab

Salary Package :
• CTC is 1.80 P.A + Incentives (Initially 13500/- Monthly would be paid out of 1.80 P.A and 1500/- would be deducted as retention bonus, which would be credited in account of candidate as he/she complete one year with the company.

Eligibility Criteria : B.Tech (IT/CSC)/M.Tech (IT/CSC)/MCA Batch 2011, 2012 & 2013 (All Candidates are eligible)

Job Description :
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
• Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
• Managing the existing database besides aiming to make addition in that.
