Department Description
The Health Sciences Business Unit ("HSGBU") was established in June of 2008 to form a focused business on the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. For years Oracle has supported this industry with an evolving product line, the HSGBU now enables us to build a focused team of industry professionals to support and expand our product line. Our current product line includes the following: Oracle Clinical, TMS, RDC, AERS, LSH, Siebel Clinical and HTB, EHA, TRC, HSN, Signal, Safety, CDA and Inform. The HSGBU offers many opportunities as the unit encompasses many aspects of the business including Product Development, Product Strategy, Product Management, Consulting, SaaS, Pre-Sales, License and Consulting Sales.
Brief Description
Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.
Detailed Description
As a member of the IT organization, provide testing and basic analysis of situations/data that support Oracle*s standard infrastructure systems.
Job Requirements
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

- Minimum Experience - 1 Year
- Exposure to Health Sciences Products : Oracle Clinical, TMS, RDC, AERS, LSH, Siebel Clinical and HTB, EHA, TRC, HSN, Signal, Safety, CDA and Inform
- Experience working with Cloud/SaaS teams
- Experience in one or all of the below skills
- System Administration, Application Monitoring, Linux Administration. DBA, Apps DBA, RAC, Exadata, Exalogic, ITIL, CMMI
- OEM
- Windows System Administration
- Oracle IDM
- Weblogic, Webgate, Fusion Middleware,
- Cognos, J Review, SAS, Informatica, Axway
- OBIEE, ODI, Goldengate
- Backup and Restoration (RMAN)
- Shell Scripting, Java, ADF, PL/SQL
- Open to work in 24*7 Operation Model
- Work experience in Technology Helpdesk environment is a plus
- Work from Home option available
