Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: FOR PROJECT MANAGER
Age: Between 35-50years
Total Experience: 13-20 years
CTC: 8-12 lakhs per annum
Relevant Experience in Real Estate: Min 5 years experience in High Rise Residential buildings
Qualification: BE (Civil) / B Tech (Civil)
Committed to the job assignment.
1. Site execution and management of the Project.
2. Preparation of rough estimates for material requirement, Inventory control etc.
3. Construction of structure from plinth level to top along with the entire interior designs including flooring, electrical pipings, plumbing etc.
4. Preparing kitchen equipment detail drawing with plumbing, electrical & gas line details.
5. Preparing comparative statements.
6. Interiors with services details, Swimming pool piping layout, and Schematic Drawing Flow diagram.
7. To take care of all the construction activities right from engineering to designing works.
8. Project handling and designing, impacting the ongoing project targets with the contractors.
9. Project management, construction management, tracking of schedule, quality control/assurance, safety measures.
10. Professional Analysis and design of multistory-framed structure resistant to earthquakes using prescribed IS codes of practice.
11. Execution of the work as per drawings
12. Preparation of weekly bills & daily progress reports.
13. Inspection of quality of work & preparing quantity of building materials
14. Preparing estimations of quantities as per drawings
15. Allocating duties to the supervisors according to the site requirements.
16. Detailed study of B.O.Q, technical specifications and incorporating the various factors coming out of contracts.
17. To prepare reconciliation statements.
18. Preparing of bar bending schedules.
19. Mobilization of manpower through contractors
20. Maintaining a proper record of Salient features of the contract, important submittals, observation on important clauses, Quality Control records etc.
