Required Skills :
• 1-4 Years of experience in designing elegant user interfaces for web applications
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) - B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, B.Com
• Expert knowledge of all relevant design applications (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of user interface design patterns and processes.
• Knowledge in Jquery and JavaScript would be preferable
• Knowledge of any comparable Mockup/prototyping tools
• Sophisticated sense of typography, applied color, composition and visual hierarchy required;
• Strong understanding of web development and design constraints/possibilities required (HTML, CSS, Cross-browser considerations)
• Strong writing and communication skills

Job Description :
• Work closely with our development team to oversee the implementation of your designs and refine new and existing product experiences
• Produce wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, layouts, interaction specifications, prototypes and user interface elements.
• Designing the user interfaces for all our web-based products
• Should have worked extensively in JavaScript for at least 2 projects.
• Expert in JQuery, JavaScript Web 2.0, Ajax.
• Co-ordinating user testing of our product and your own prototypes
• Jumping in to help with user experience decisions whenever they arise
• Providing consistency, clarity, and beauty to the visual design of applications.
• Building applications that are easy to use and help increase productivity.
• Setting clear design guidelines for internal and external web applications.
• Improving the usability of our web applications through continuous design iteration and responsiveness to user feedback.
