Department Description
As a function of Cloud Services Risk Management, On Demand Security Services team addresses security for hosted customers to meet their compliance needs while ensuring that services are offered in conformance to Global Information Security policies and to the highest recognized security standards and practices. The team liaises with several organizations within Commercial IT, Global IT, On Demand, CRM On Demand, Global Information Security, and Legal teams to achieve its goals and objectives.
Brief Description
Assists in executing security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs.
Detailed Description
Assists in researching attempted efforts to compromise security protocols.
Job Requirements
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year relevant experience.

Additional Details
The candidate will have experience managing major initiatives, driving change and disseminating information across lines of business and who is comfortable communicating and presenting content to internal or customer executives. Exposure to and understanding of hosting services model is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage remediation activities resulting from Internal and/or External assessments or audits
Define, document, maintain, communicate security services for Cloud Services
Manage security audit activity related to the Sarbanes Oxley, SAS70, PCI, HIPAA, 21CFRPart 11, etc
Manage the enhanced security service delivery to ensure that On Demand services are being delivered as agreed
Other ad-hoc projects as necessary

Candidate must :
Possess an understanding of security standards and risk management
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess the ability to adjust and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Be able to multi-task, and be pro-active in addressing issues and requests quickly
Possess technical acumen and the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications
Have auditing or security background
Possess Project Management Skills
Other :
Professional certification related to information security desired
Technical knowledge of Oracle Applications, Database and other infrastructure components desired
