Executive Assistant (Care Integration & Alliances), Corporate Planning & Development Responsibilities: Job Purpose Responsible in assisting Manager (Care Integration & Alliances), CPD (Reporting Officer) in facilitating NUH's integrated care initiatives with external partners. Duties & Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities and Duties * To maintain the reporting system for NUH's care integration initiatives. * To prepare updates for the care integration initiatives, including following up on the action items with various stakeholders. * To maintain the central depository for documents related to the care integration initiatives. * To maintain and provide frequent updates on analyses of patient flows to and from NUH. * To maintain a comprehensive database of NUH's key external stakeholders for sustained relationship building. * To assist with scheduling of meetings and collation of data, including preparation of reports for submission to MOH and senior management. Secondary Responsibilities and Duties * To undertake any other projects as assigned by Reporting Officer or Head of Department.
