Jobs Fund Accountant – Private Equity Real Estate Fund (Contract) 10 May 2011, 9:19 pm Trident International Associates – London – Our client is the fund management arm of a successful property company who require a Fund Accountant to cover a 12 month contract. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing quarterly management accounts and reports for specific projects, preparing financial information for investors (including cash flow and returns forecasting) and will assist in producing statutory information. The role will work closely with JV partners, surveyors and directors on both a daily basis and ad-hoc matters and will liaise with and control external agents regarding service charge reporting.
