Within this Directorate there are four departments: Communications and Engagement – focus areas include Corporate Affairs, Market Analysis, Audience and Channel strategy and Distribution Product Development – focus areas include Policy Development and Transition, Product Management, Product Design, Customer Experience and e-Business Scheme Launch – focus on coordination and reporting on all key areas in order to approve readiness for Scheme Launch… Operations – focus areas include Co-ordinating all activity towards Scheme Launch and on-going Management of Operational activities, specifically with regard to the Scheme Administrator and other Service Providers.
