London – The post holder will have: • A proven track record of successful reconfiguration of services • Experience identifying service areas with greatest profitability or growth potential • Experience researching market demand • A track record of ensuring sustainability; customer service and quality improvement and of identifying and initiating further income generating opportunities. Experience in the arts, culture or heritage sectors is not essential but an interest is desirable. The post-holder may – Permanent – Full-time
