Mandatory Skills :
· Experience in designing & implementing solutions on the MOSS 2007 / 2010 SharePoint Platform.
· Should be able to map the business requirements with SharePoint features.
· Good knowledge of .Net architecture.
· Strong understanding of OOPS.
· Visual Studio 2005 (C# mandatory),
· Aspx pages, Asmx web services, Web part.
· Sound knowledge of Sharepoint 2007 object model.
· Sharepoint extension (pluggable components to enhance OOTB product).
· Good knowledge of InfoPath, workflow and feature development.
· SQL 2000/2005 stored procedures with performance awareness.
· Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.
· Ability to lead team of 4 - 6 resources
Desirable Skills :
· MOSS 2010
· Visual Studio 2008 and 2010.
