For the candidates abroad, the application fee should be accompanied with a crossed International Bank Draft for US $ 20 drawn in favour of SECRETARY, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). However, the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/Women category are exempted from paying the application fee. How to Apply : The closing date for receipt of filled in application at ASRB is 02/09/2011.
