Identify consultants for arch / engg / services requiremets. 5. Evaluate and comment on the proposals of consultants – optioneering. 6. Provide initial cost estimates for project evaluation. 7. Co-ordinate with vendors / suppliers during execution for time, cost and quality delivery. Desired Profile Qualification: B Arch or equivalent. Experience: 10 to 12 years experience in real estate industry. Familiarity with the local laws / bye laws is a must.
