Mastery over WPF, WCF and WWF.Senior Software Engineers: HR and Payroll Domain Knowledge. Good understanding of user, roles, permission management, Application inter-dependencies, Workflow management. Proficient in .NET, n-tier architecture, with OOP and Web services.Senior Database Engineer: Extensive knowledge of data Structures, SQL versions, should know dynamic queries and its implementation. Strong, proven expertise in Normalisation, De-Normalisation and Indexes. Past experience in SQL in SQL performance optimisation.
