(EXPERIENCED) Walk-In @ "AT&T" : Network Engineers into LAN/WAN, Router, Switches : Bangalore : On 2, 3 Sep 2011 Sep 1st 2011, 16:38 (Experienced) Walk-In : Network Engineers into LAN/WAN, Router, Switches @ Bangalore   Job Position : Network Engineer into LAN/WAN, Router, Switches Job Designation : Network Admin Job Category : IT / Software Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka Salary : As per company norms Desired Experience : 3 to 8 Years (Mandatory)   Required Soft Skills : • Strong communication skills in English, both written & verbal. • Good Analytical Skills & prominent team player. • Ability to handle Crisis situations with customer & better stress management. • Respond to the customer/team's requirement to work on flexible hours • Extend the supporting hand as & when customer needs network changes on priority. • Flexible to support customers in different time zones. • Readiness to migrations and changes in the evenings and at weekends Roles & Responsibilities : • As a network engineer you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the customer designed solution for Shell LAN environment. • Also handle escalations, facilitates and supports management team in the implementation of the customer designed solution for both WAN & LAN environment. • CCNA certification required. • Ability to lead calls, liaise with internal customers, define stakeholders from peering teams. The candidate must be able to resolve technical issues & troubleshooting on layers 1 & 2 independently. Both WAN & LAN knowledge is required. Working Hours: • You will support MNS clients mainly based in US therefore primary working time will be adjusted to working time in US (8:00 – 5:00 PM USA ET) with flexibility according customers' requirements. Occasional work during weekends and/or bank holidays may be required.
