Sr.Architects to have minimum 8yrs Experience. Sr.Interior Designers to have minimum 12yrs Experience. Candidates could apply for Full time or Part time jobs. Should be very creative, must have exposure to large scale office interior projects. Should be excellent in written & verbal communication with clients, contractors, vendors and his team in office. Should have sound understanding of latest materials available in market, rates of materials, rate analysis, time duration of execution etc. Should have good understanding of civil interior detailing, service like Electricals, Air-conditioning, security systems etc. Should have sound knowledge of working drawings, bill of quantities, specification & agreements. Should take full responsibility of single handedly managing a project right from conception to hand over.
