Job Summary
Administrate HR policies and procedures of the Country Office. She/he is responsible for the HR planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, motivation, participative management and safety and health of Organization's Pakistan staff.
Qualification & experience
Degree in HRM, Minimum 5 years experience, including 2 years in managerial position related to human resource management Candidate working with INGO set up will be preferred.
Traveling
Position is based in Islamabad but candidate is required to travel to the field offices to provide HR support.
