Desired Qualification : Any Engineering Degree/Graduate/Masters Graduate with min. 15 years of fulltime Education Desired Experience : 6 to 7 Years (Mandatory) Mandatory Skills : Networks http://www.ChetanaS.org Desired Skills : NOC http://www.ChetanaS.org Essentials/ Mandatory : • Any Engineering Degree/Graduate/Masters Graduate with min. 15 years of fulltime education. • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills. • Experience of 3-6 years in NOC environments troubleshooting/supporting multiple customers & complex networks in a 24x7 environment. • Good understanding & extensive hands-on experience in service provider environment on Juniper core Routers configuring & troubleshooting MPLS Networks & routing protocols like BGP, & OSPF. • Good understanding and troubleshooting experience on Layer-2 issues, spanning tree protocol, Cat-6500 series switches, Juniper EX-4200 switches, etc. • Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting ACLs, Network Address Translation (NAT) and Site-to-Site VPNs on any of Cisco-ASA, Juniper-Netscreen, Checkpoint firewall platforms. • Knowledge/Experience on DNS/Load Balancers/Transport-Mux'es will be an added advantage. • Preferred Certifications – JNCIA/JNCIS/ CCIP/CCNP. • Any security level certifications like JNCIA- Security/ CCSP/CCNA- Security/ CCNP-Security/Checkpoint, etc. if found along with the preferred certifications will be added advantage. • Highly motivated & Self driven with a proven ability to perform multi-tasking. Job Description : • Troubleshoot issues for DIA, L3VPN and L2VPN customers of SunGard on the Core MPLS Juniper Network. • Independently handle simple to complex difficulty level issues and troubleshoot in coordination with internal teams & customers, over conference calls on any of SunGard managed Firewalls, L2 Switches, Cisco-routers, etc for Managed Services customers/Co-location customers, etc. • Analyse and suggest solutions for customer requirements in stipulated SLA timelines and earn customer trust. • Work on multiple network changes/technologies simultaneously. • Responsible to develop & maintain relevant technical documentation. • Conduct trainings and mentor junior resources in the team. http://www.ChetanaS.org Note: Only Permanent employees on renowned MNC's payrolls will be considered for all positions.
