While having dedicated services to medical fraternity and Interests, Dr. Ashok Uppal has always upheld his social commitments and has invested extensively in charitable causes like free medical care to poor patients and widows free food for ward indoor patients and free stay for outdoor patients and their attendants. Job Description
Fresher – To develop, introduce and implement new human resources systems within the hospital. 1. Manpower planning: To assist Senior management in human resources planning in line with the hospital operational plan/budget. 2. Recruitment and -ion: To develop, implement and monitor the hospitals recruitment and -ion procedures for their quality and cost effectiveness; assist managers on methods of -ion and terms for new staff; advise on the most appropriate type of -ion process; participate in the -ion process as and when required. 3. Induction of employees: To develop, implement and monitor employee orientation and induction procedure including orientation programmes, induction checklist and manual.
