The Global Support Services Center (GSSC) operates as the Knowledge and Business Processing domain for Hydraulics and Aerospace divisions of Eaton Corporation. Job Description :
• Use electronic tools and applications to generate customer documentation, primarily Submittals and O&Ms.
• Meet expectations per Service Level Agreement.
• Interpret customer specifications to provide accurate documentation.
• Prepares and maintains records, reports, etc. as required.
• Interacts with outsource suppliers such as FedEx / Kinko's and L&T to help meet customer expectations.
• Apply standard work, error proofing, application knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Checks work to assure conformance to site and customer standards.
• Perform all other duties as required by the Technical Services Manager.
• Maintains and updates internal reference materials.
