Job Description :
• Business Technology Associates (BTAs) create technology solutions which address clients' marketing and sales issues.
• BTAs take end-to-end responsibility for developing technology solutions: requirements assessment, design, development and delivery
• As a Business Technology Associate, you will:
• Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, processes and systems
• Develop deep expertise in third-party ETL tools, reporting/analysis tools, 4GL software and proprietary ZS applications
• Assist in data architecture and system solution design and testing
• Implement innovative technical solutions
• Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
