Impressive - don't you agree? • To continue our success we need a Service Desk Associate right away. • Due to the fact that our business revolves mainly around servicing our client's IT needs, we need to employ a dedicated and hardworking strategic consultancy team who are at the top of their game in providing and managing technical infrastructure solutions. • As a Service Desk Associate at Dimension Data, your work will be fundamental in analysing our client's infrastructure and related architectures, and providing strategies and solutions. You will be the person tasked with maximising the client's technology efficiency to promote growth and reduce costs. You will focus on the hardware and software lifecycles such as hardware platforms, n-tier levels, databases, operating systems and storage. What we will expect you to do : • We will ask you to highlight and analyse the client's current infrastructure environments, to identify risks and develop strategies and solutions to combat the highlighted risks • We will need you to develop processes to ensure that development is in line with the technical architecture principles and policies • We will rely on you to develop business orientated disaster recovery plans and guidelines to protect the IT facilities of our clients • An important part of your job is to constantly review enterprise management tools such as service desk, network, server, desktop management and security • And much more... • But most of all we need you to take charge and responsibility for the technical solution of our client's infrastructure from an application and systems perspective. http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
