Job Description :
Responsible for the Topline and Gross Margin of the Product line/ Product Group & adhering to company's reporting; planning; sales and marketing initiatives.

Product Knowledge & Management :
• Should have good knowledge specific technology / product / market
• Identifying USP (Unique selling point) of the product/s & the product line from a given vendor.
• Providing details of product vs. competition to the sales team ( Channel and Business Development)
• Provide white paper on product performance, technology etc in consultation and participation of the vendor team and our pre sales support teams.

Vendor Management :
• Interacting with the Vendor/s designated with regards to
- Signing/updating the Partnership agreement/renewals.
- Freezing on Business Plan for the designated Product line/s.
- Relationship at all levels in the vendors organization structure
- Competitive Pricing
- Transaction Policy
- Credit
- Warranty
- RMA

Market knowledge & Business Development :
• Should have good End customer management & Channel management skill
• Plan for market based promo activities such as channel friendly schemes, incentives, advertisements and brand building programmes
• Identifying and implementing the right business model
• Track competition moves in the market.
• Opening out weaker markets.
• Monitoring health of existing product line.

Others :
• Should have good working knowledge on MS Office products like Word, Excel & Power point
• Should be a team player
• Should be able to review, monitor and help the team
• Working capital management skills – Inventory planning etc
• Understanding commercials – various types of sales, forex etc

Responsibilities :
• Market knowledge & Business Development
