Compensation : As per the Market Standards Number of Vacancies : 5 Desired Qualification : Any Graduation Desired Experience : 3 to 5 Years (Mandatory) http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Description: Senior Solutions Engineer • The position requires a person with a strong technical & communication skills who would be responsible for on-boarding customers. • The person would be involved in consulting roles for customer specific engagements. • This role would involve understanding of customer use cases and requirements, delivery of products and solutions to meet the customer's requirements and ensuring smooth deployments. http://www.ChetanaS.org Primary Responsibilities : • Conduct Product Presentations, demonstrations or trainings for Customers • Interact with customers / partners for requirements discussions during post-sales cycle • Work closely with customers during pilot / testing phase, fine tune products and solutions to suit customer's environment • Customize products and solutions for customer specific requirements and ensure delivery within specified timeframes and maintain high quality of delivery • Conduct troubleshooting sessions for customer specific priority issues • Build demo clients and proof of concept solutions for pre-sales cycle http://www.ChetanaS.org Product Management Responsibilities : • Co-ordinate with Product Management, Release Management and Engineering Teams to provide product feedback and enhancement ideas • Enhance the internal and customer facing knowledge-base, based on experience of interacting with customers http://www.ChetanaS.org Technical Skills (Each one is a Plus) : • Good understanding of operating system concepts and networking protocols • Experience with configuration and deployment of Security Products • Experience with configuration and deployment of Mobile Device Solutions • Ability to develop scripts for customizations • Ability to read and analyze network traces Other Skills : • Strong Communication and Customer interface skills - Should be able to communicate effectively with customers and set the right expectations. • Work effectively with internal teams and provide updates / reports to customers • Strong analytical problem solving capabilities - ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources into meaningful insights and associated action plans • Good hands on skills with MS office tools and MS Project is a plus http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
