PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP's Mobile Application organization's charter is to design, develop and deliver a new breed of SAP branded mobile solutions, which are simple to deploy and create instant value to the customers. Solutions will combine software, configuration and customization tools and rich user experience into a "complete solution offering" that meets the needs of the customers who are business users and consumers.
The team will be working in a scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing applications on a variety of platforms, including iPhone OS, Android, Blackberry, etc. Ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the architectural design of enterprise software and in-depth knowledge of mobile device platforms, with the flexibility to work in an entrepreneurial environment within a large organization. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, self driven with a strong desire to learn new technologies and be willing to go "all in" to achieve project and company goals.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Good understanding of Development process and ability to work on multiple releases
• Good OOPS and Data structure knowledge.
• Ability to working in distributed Team.
• Knowledgeable and comfortable with CSS/HTML for interface design.
• Good knowledge in one or more technologies like JAVA, C# or .NET, Objective C programming.
• Exposure to Application development tools.
• Understanding of the build and deploy process.
• Preferably exposed to testing frameworks and methodologies used by mobile development community.
• Knowledge of XML and Object Oriented Programming concepts
• Experience in developing Location Based Services.
• Experience with consuming Web service or Enterprise services is a Plus.
• Basic understanding of SAP CRM or ERP is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of major mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Symbian, Qt, Bada etc.) is added advantage.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of software development from design to coding and testing.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering.

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 0-3 Years experience in JAVA, .NET, / C++ , XCode, Objective C, Use of IOS SDK and Android SDK
• Basic Knowledge of ECC,R/3 , SAP CRM.
• Knowledge of mobile technologies a good to have.
