Aerospace: HTS develops and supports safety critical aerospace systems such as flight management systems, flight panel displays, environment control systems, and engine control systems for Commercial and Regional Transportation, Business and General Aviation, Space, and Defense.
Qualification : BE/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech in Avionics most preferred
1. 1-3 yrs Experianced engineer with engineering ability to perform guidance technical assignments.
2. Candidate should have clear understanding on engineering process.
3. Solves clearly defined problems that are limited to assignment work area.
4. Use of new techniques is often required in problem solutions. Evaluates and recommends technical solutions based on standard or accepted technical practices.
5. Assignments are broader in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity in applying technical solutions. Applies and/or develops advanced technologies.
6. Impacts business opportunities through successful completion of tasks and projects and through suggestions for improvement in products and processes.
7. Plans projects for cost and scheduling in area of guidance. Performs necessary work to accomplish specific task/team objectives within overall cost and schedule.
8. Skillful technical contributions to a project; enhances the success of the project by contributing innovative ideas.
9. Good oral and written communication skills.
Essential Skills :
1. Experience of 1-3 years in software development/Verification.
2. Strong programming skills on C and C++ languages
3. Candidate must portray strong problem solving skills.
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Should be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
6. Good Knowledge of Operating System concepts
7. Excellence communication skills
8. Avionics knowledge, Configuration Management like PVCS, DO-178B understanding and SDLC knowledge
