There will NOT be any Training/Recruitment/Registration/Consulting fees collected from candidates before/after the placement. http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Description : • Design and development of web application software components including both back-end and front-end code. • Organize Testing and debugging code. • Document and communicate application designs. • Follow standards for all deliverables • Develop and maintain build systems using appropriate technologies • Collaborate with web UI developers to deliver application functionality. • Develop estimates for effort, time and cost for development initiatives and participate in project planning activities. • Provide regular status updates and feedback against your commitments • Advise management about any perceived roadblocks, issues, and risk factors regarding schedule and/or costs. Responsibilities : • 5+Years of Software Development Experience, Good experience with JAVA J2EE / Web Technologies. • Extremely strong Java development skills, including multiple frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or commercial equivalents. • Strong XHTML, XML, and XSLT skills, and a working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX. • Ability to execute code and design reviews. • Effective communication skills (verbal/written/presentation). • Willingness to work in a customer facing environment (high pressure on timely delivery). • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent exposure to Core Java, Struts, Spring and Hibernate. • 3 years of strong J2EE experience specifically in developing EJBs. • Should have experience in developing work flow using any standard BPM tools, JBPM preferred. • Experience in developing applications for hosting in Amazon's Elastic Beanstalk (Optional). • Experience in multiple technologies. Web service and JMS is an advantage (optional). • Should be able to propose solutions, fix issues.
