Job Description :
• Knowledge of web2.0, W3c, with XHTML/ DHTML/ AJAX / JavaScript / Jquery.
• HTML5, CSS and Jquery Development knowledge is must.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream Weaver, Corel Draw, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS & JavaScript is a mandatory skillset.
• Proficient in Flash, Adobe Flex, Action Script is nice to have.
• HTML Development must follow the best practices like W3C standards, tableless layout and runs well in Cross browser.
• Sufficient knowledge in preparing wireframes & converting these wireframes into HTML/CSS.
• Stylish and posh international websites have to be designed.
• Should be very creative and able to think out of the box.
• Should be able to drive traffic by achieving top rankings in top search engines.
• Optimize onsite content for maximum visibility/ ranking on major search engines, to increase qualified organic search engine rankings.
• Strong understanding of Link Building and PR Matrix.
• Should have very good Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google & Yahoo Webmaster, Word tracker & SEO Industry Tools.
• Meta Tags creation.
• Google Places Optimization.
• Local directory submissions.
• Blog creation, submission and promotion
• Link building, Forum posting and Social bookmarking
• Independency and passion is really needed.
• Should understand the needs & goals of the company and be self-motivated and 100% result oriented.
• Should be able to work with our small team and produce enormous results in terms of web designing.
