Greetings to ChetanaS ! Pingaksho Technologies Inc. is visiting Emax Group of Institutions, Ambala on 26 Feb, 2013 for selection of B.Tech (IT, CSE, ECE) MCA, M.Tech, BCA Batch 2011/2012/13.

Walk-In Location : Ambala, Haryana

Job Location : Mohali, Punjab

Salary Package : 1,20,000 - 2,40,000 INR Per Annum (Upon Successful conclusion of probation cum training period)

Education Qualification Required :
B.Tech (IT, CSE, ECE) MCA, M.Tech, BCA with minimum 60% marks in aggregate
• Batch 2011 / 2012 Passed out and Batch 2013 Passing out

Reporting Relationship The position will report to Group Lead (Asia Pacific region)

Recruitment Process :
• Written assessment comprising technical and Aptitude test attempt (for all) + PI (for Shortlisted candidates)

Bond / Contract agreement :
• After successful completion of probation period and while signing the in service contract, it is mandatory for the candidate to undergo a service contract for a bond of 1-3 years, conditional breaching of which would imply to either 3 months salary (basic) salary surrender or serving quit notice at least 2 months in advance. The same implies for company proceeding favours. The probation period is however free of any such contract where both sides (company and the candidate being probationed) can quit the association at any stage without any obligations and reasons. However, prior notification at least 15 days in advance is mandatory, breaching of which would lead to surrender of 15 days salary from defaulter side.

Non-Compete Agreement :
• Our standard non-compete agreement must be signed prior to start. (With early career employees, the company uses a Confidentiality Agreement on the assumption that access to trade secrets, company strategic information, and customer lists etc may be limited.)

Important :
• Probation cum training time period implies a company obliged tenure tracking of candidate's services and contract. Upon satisfying appraisal reports from the company authorities, the candidate will be upgraded to an appraisal contract which entitles for salary and other up gradations (subject to mutual consent and performance)

Job Profile : PHP Developers
• Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming (essential)
• Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks (essential)
• Front-end development including jQuery (desirable, not essential).
• Understanding of Ajax (desirable, not essential).
• Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (desirable, not essential).
• Smarty templating (desirable, not essential).
• Commercial experience in Web Application development and / or software development (desirable, not essential).
• Some knowledge of the Linux command line (desirable, not essential).
• Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal
• Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology.
• Upper 2nd class B.Tech IT,CSE,BCA,MCA, M. Tech. with 0 - 2 Years of related technical experience.

Job Profile ASP.NET
• Upper 2nd class MCA, M.Tech with 0-2 Years of related technical experience ASP.NET, Specially in PHP, Wordpress, Joomla (or)
• LEVEL 1 (PHP Developer Profile) credentials with 2-5 years of technical experience

Job Profile SAP ABAP Consultant
• SAP ABAP professionals will be responsible to design, develop and support application solutions with focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). Consultant will design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
• SAP ABAP Consultant after B.Tech preferably experience in ERP implementation.
