There will NOT be any Training/Recruitment/Registration/Consulting fees collected from candidates before/after the placement. http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Description : • Must have strong expertise with Java/J2EE Design & Development and web technologies like Struts 2, Spring, JSTL, JSP, Servlets, custom tag libraries. • Must have good experience with object relational mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Hibernate, JPA & Design Patterns. • Experience with Application Servers (JBoss, Websphere, etc.). • Must have at least 1 year of experience with Web Services, SOA and ESB such as Service Mix. • Must have at least 3 years of experience developing test cases using JUnit, JMock/EasyMock, and JUnit-Perf. • Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) in areas like requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, and testing. • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Responsibilities : • The Java Architect is responsible to provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of platform development. • Lead a team of developers whom you would be assisting in developing technical frameworks and implementations. • Experience in Architecturing, designing, developing, implementing and supporting enterprise level applications. • To understand the high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions. • Good communication skills and ability to elaborate on a technical or functional concept with clarity. • Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended. • Good grasp of business functionality of domain associated with applications (preferred domains will be travel & hospitality), responsible for the technical design, architecture and all the technical issues in the project. • Report project progress, issues, risks, etc and lend support to functional and technical teams as necessary during implementation to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions. • Managing a team of 20+ developers. Developing applications for clustered environment. • Implementing Internationalization and Performance tuning of the application. • Knowledge about the best practices and processes for development of enterprise applications. • Optional Work Experience in Drools, Velocity, JProbe, JProfiler and developing application for mobile environment is preferable. http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
