Required Skill Set :
• Extensive experience in C/C++/Java Application development on Windows and Unix
• Programming experience should encompass multiple areas like
- Multi-threading
- Network programming with TCP/IP
- Programming with SSL/TLS
• Experience with leveraging tools for better software quality:
- Visual Studio
- Coverity Static Analysis
- Rational Purify
- Crash dump / core dump analysis tools like WinDBG, AD Plus etc.
• One of the Web Servers/container: IIS, iPlanet, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat
• One of the Database systems (as backend): MS SQL, Oracle, DB2
• Technical presentation skills
• Process orientation
• Exposure to waterfall & agile development practices
• Exposure to .NET and J2EE will be added plus
• Right attitude towards work (self-learner, takes initiative, good team player)
