Position: Associate
Responsibilities :
• Generate Sales through outbound calls
• Manage healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with the client's policies and procedures
• Should be able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System, Terminologies)
• Generate Sale from the existing customer base by outbound calls
• Up sell of products by understanding the customer requirements and usage
• Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
• Responsible to meet sales targets provided monthly and YTD
Qualifications :
• Under Graduate /Graduate
Mandatory Skill Sets :
• Fluency in English & Regional language – Hindi, Marathi
• Should be able to comprehend client's products and their usage
• Should be able to converse very well with clients in order to sale/promote the client's products
• Should have working knowledge with Computers
• Should be aggressive & competent with Sales function/cycle

Soft skills required :
• Good communication skills
Work Experience :
• Fresher
• 3 – 6 months with domestic outbound sales and service call center experience
Reporting to: Team Leader
Location: Nagpur
Office Timings:
• 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
• Flexible to work in shifts if required
