Opportunity Intern - India (9 of 9)
Since we did not have a large intern class to convert to NCG's, both regions ended up hiring many NCG's which have never been interns for us before. The process in those countries, is to extend the NCG offer to a student who would then start employment in the summer (July). However between now and July those same students are eligible and quite often work as Interns until they become permanent employees. Thus both China and India are requesting 34 intern requisitions be made available to offer the NCG (already accepted) students an internship between now and then. The concern is, if they go elsewhere for an internship, we might lose them come July as the NCG.
