The scope of work includes loans Disbursement, customer servicing, LC opening/liquidation, Loans maturity etc. Due to changing nature of business, the processes need to adapt with changing systems, products & regulatory requirements. Hence it is important to have SOPs for all processes & a periodic updation process. This will ensure knowledge preservation & business readiness for internal & external audits Project 1. Create a Knowledge docket for all tasks handled by Operations for Auto Leasing & HFS business 2. Benchmark & modify processes wherever required to adhere to compliance/ policy requirements/ industry standards. Automate manual steps & create checkpoints/ controls for the error free processing Project Duration – 2 Months Project Essentials : 1. Standard documentation template/ procedure 2. Controls & checks 3. Identification of manual steps & automating/ setting checks/ controls 4. Tracking & monitoring of risk conditions 5. Facilitation & closure with stakeholders Qualifications/Requirements - Undergoing a two year full time MBA from a preimier B school.
