Candidate must meet the following qualifications and be experienced in the following areas :
• Great talent for creating fresh, unique, and professional designs.
• Strong existing portfolio of website design work.
• Should have working experience in web application design with ASP.net, HTML, DHTML, Java scripts, CSS, Skins, Themes and JQuery.
• Expert knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and table-less layout.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, Flash, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create pixel perfect website designs and XHTML/CSS code.
• Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia creation with Flash or Action script.
• Experience with cross browser compatibility and debugging a must.
• Search Engine Optimization, Flash Scripting and jQuery experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines, self motivated and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle work pressure, strict deadlines and demanding tasks, as and when required.
• Must have ability to manage work responsibly and passionately.
• Ability to organize and work on tasks in a disciplined manner with a focus on results and deliverables
• Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
