Requisition: 2050415 Job Title: Business Process Analyst Description: - End-to-End Process Knowledge of Intercompany and Payroll related processes. - Develop and implement robust, global, standard processes and controls. - Must demonstrate a global process understanding and mindset. - Must have the ability to effectively represent team in cross functional forums. - Open to learning and acquiring new skills and working with operational Teams to understand current processes and implementing process improvements. Project Management and Team Management Skills : - Attack projects with a structured design and implementation approach. Demonstrate strong problem solving skills. - Drive continuous process improvements, and streamline processes to do more with less. Interpersonal and Communication Skills : - Able to work well in cross functional teams. Able to influence others and to communicate both verbally and in writing to a diverse audience. - Possess high level of maturity necessary to interface with peers, team ,management , internal business partners, as well as functional partners. - Act as consultant to business and functional partners. - Demonstrate initiative and leadership across teams. - Able to prioritize and balance competing needs among different parties or organizations. - Must have the ability to drive initiatives.
