Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria: BE / Diploma / B.Sc / IT Graduate / Under GraduateExperience with cPanel/WHM, Plesk Control Panel, DNS, Email issue handlingKeen aptitude for troubleshootingKnowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP - (LAMP)Basic TCP/IP networking knowledgeBasic knowledge of Windows Server, RDP, IIS, Database import / export, User Creation, Digital Certificate Setup etc,Excellent written and spoken EnglishLocated nearby to ThaneAvailable to respond promptly to helpdesk support queries via phone, support ticket and chat during office and non office hours.Documentation and Maintenance of Online knowledgebase.
