Create engineering requirement documents, wiki pages and other project documentation * Work with other engineers, managers, product Management, QA, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles * Share engineering support, release, and on-call responsibilities. * Must be able to independently design, code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex applications. * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members. * Implement proof-of-concept prototypes for complex infrastructure design. * Work on new and existing product initiatives, assist with definition of product direction Job Requirements Ability to collaborate with several cross functional teams including business units, product managers, architects, engineers, QA and operations and come up with elegant solutions * Provide engineering effort estimates and plan out the implementation and rollout strategy for complex applications that could span across several domains * Ability to come up with solid design solutions, and author unit tests for all functionality that's being coded. * Work on new and existing product initiatives, assist with definition of product direction * Strong communication, problem analysis/resolution skills. * Strong customer/business orientation * Has good time management skills and is able to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities http://www.ChetanaS.org Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Shift Day Job ID: 82504BR http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
