Job Description: Executive IT (Contact Center Operations) M-1 Location: Lahore Division: IT Department: IT Ops & Services Sub Department: CC Operations Job Objective: Helping out Assistant Manager IT Contact Centre and IPT services in daily IT Operations and project implementation. Coordinating with peers in Contact Centre and IPT stakeholders for gathering requirements, problem reporting & coordinating with various departments and vendors to keep up and running IT CC and IFT operations. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for contact center and IPT services smooth daily operations and make sure that everything is running fine i.e. Right Fax Server, Speech log Server, Power, UPS. Escalate problems to concern IT Vendors i.e. ITS, Wateen, O&M, ZRG and Globitel team for rectification. Assist to Assistant Manager in project management of concern CC and IPT services related Projects. Responsible for shift base IT operations. Off routine responsibilities include co-ordination with different in house and out sourced entities for deployment of different IT devices. Identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting the problems occurring in Speech log Server, IVR, TABS, IPCC. IPT, Wallbaord, and Right Fax Server also taking backups of these servers. Education Required: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Sciences. Experience Required: 2 Years of Experience in IT Industry Skill Set Required: Interaction with IT Vendors. Exposure to Call Center and Voice over IP Operations environment in IT perspective. Exposure to different software's and quick learning abilities. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
