In-depth credit and lending knowledge, and thorough understanding of all traditional and non-traditional bank products are required.MS Office Suite skills required.Excellent written and verbal skills. Essential Functions: Requires a complete understanding of SBA- government type business loans. Required understanding of Firstrust Bank's business products and services. Requires a basic understanding of Small Business Lending and familiarity with the interpretation of business financial statements. Strong sales, service and organizational skills. Ability to close sales. Ability to recognize customer needs and match them to bank perceived credit risk. Effective communication with all levels of management. Reports to the SBA -Government Lending Manager.
