Desired Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Desired Experience : 4+ Years (Mandatory)
Purpose :
• This position will manage Accounts Payable function for Malaysia.
• The incumbent would be the first point of contact for the team members, Account Manager and Country Head for all their functional and technical queries / issues on the process to execute the objectives set by the organization, meet day to day deliverables, identify and implement improvements in the process, working towards customer satisfaction with the objective of enhancing end user process knowledge to facilitate uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
• Managing day to day operation, managing the team and delivering on operational KPIs and SLAs, employee engagement and client handling.
• Manage Vendor queries.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure high level of customer engagement & satisfaction.
• Develop, coach and lead team.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
• Is able to understand the upstream and downstream of the process and make decisions based on holistic view.
• Result oriented – drives self and peers to achieve solution.
• Half yearly and yearly appraisals of all team members.
• Performance management: Publishing productivity scores on regular intervals & to make sure performance is at par and facilitates training if required.
• Facilitate training and certification of new team members.
• Efficiency project: Delivering on efficiency targets.
• Improvement focus: To drive standardization and work towards improving the process.
• Review of Process from Control perspective and implement key controls to the process.
• Ad hoc activities.

Technical :
• 4+ years experience in F&A with SAP background.
• Good communication skills.
• Team handling experience.
• Lean/Six sigma experience would be an added advantage.
System / IT Skills :
• Microsoft office.
• Hands on experience in any ERP, preferably SAP.
Behavioral Skills :
• Ownership.
• Effective and timely Decision making.
• 'Raising the alarm' - no surprises.
• Integrity – of numbers as well as personal.
• Customer focus.
