The candidates are expected to mandatorily have : - Knowledge on Linux & Windows server administration and maintenance. - Experience in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows XP, vista, Windows 7) The Job Involves : - Installing and updating of Desktop operating system (Window, Linux, MAC), Server, ADSL and other software installation & configuration. - Maintenance of e-mail clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Outlook Express), messengers, browsers etc. - Creating user IDs and passwords. - Troubleshooting of operating systems (hardware and network). - Antivirus installation. - Troubleshooting and maintaining the IT inventory and other IT related Documents.
