Terms and conditions for Referral bonus payout :
• Referrals that have been inactive in the Recruiting Database for 1 year or more are no longer eligible for referral bonus or reward under the Global Referral program. In other words, a candidate's profile remains in the database indefinitely but the person who referred him/her is only eligible to receive Sapient's referral bonus if the referral becomes active and joins Sapient within one year
• No referral bonus or special prizes will be awarded for referrals hired at the trainee or junior associate career stage
• For India the payout would reflect in the month after on which the referral completes 90 days
• In case you are a part of the interviewing panel during the hiring process of your referral, you will not be eligible to receive the referral bonus
• You must be employed by Sapient at the time of a cash bonus payout and/or reward distribution to be eligible for such bonus payout or reward. Termination of employment forfeits eligibility under the Referral Program.

Desired Skills :
• 4 to 8 Years of experience
• Strong JAVA-J2EE background along with knowledge of Java 5 & 6, JAVA EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, EJB , Spring, Hibernate, Struts
• Must have hands on experience in JAVA, JAVA EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and Struts.
• Must have hands on experience of working extensively with IDE such as Eclipse.
• Understanding of Enterprise JAVA frameworks such as EJB will be an advantage.
• Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using Restful implementations.
• Deep understanding of and hands-on development experience with design skills about UML, object oriented programing and design patterns.
• Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
• Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution
• Experience on e-commerce applications using either standard packages or custom applications.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills to independently manage a track of work with 4 - 7 people, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle
