Desired Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Discipline
Desired Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Mandatory)
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Two to Five years of experience in deploying and maintaining the Citrix Application Virtualization, Delivery and Monitoring
• CCA/CCEA (Preferred)
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including consulting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good Documentation skills and aptitude
• The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Participate in Project rollouts involving above solution areas
• Troubleshooting and rectification of break-down problems for Customers under AMC
• Performing problem analysis and isolating problems of various levels of difficulty.
• Will be responsible for providing L3 / L4 support.
• Will have to make SOP, best practices, Technology updates / refresh (Patch release information, SP release information, major bugs, service improvement suggestions etc.) available to Technical Team members of and respective Delivery Managers /Project Managers from SD/PM team
• Work with customer or team to understand and articulate business requirements
• Conducting Periodic Health Audits and Preventive Maintenance activities at customer site locations

Job Description :
• You will be a member of the Avnet Professional Services Group, directly responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of Citrix Application Virtualization & Delivery Solutions. This position involves tremendous growth avenues for the right candidate and enormous learning potential.
Desired Experience :
• Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp/PS, Citrix Secure Gateway/Secure Gateway Proxy, Citrix Secure Ticket Authority, Citrix Web Interface, Citrix Resource Manager, and Citrix Farm configuration.
• Citrix Administration - CCA Citrix Presentation Server 4 or equivalent experience, with knowledge on the other products provided by Citrix (E.G. Citrix Password Manager, Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix Edgesight)
• Strong knowledge of Installing software within a large Citrix Farm.
• Citrix server monitoring – server availability, IMA traffic, usage, load balancing etc.; Session management; Citrix printer management
• Application deployment and publishing on Citrix farm; Decommissioning application from Citrix farm & Managing Citrix data store
• Working knowledge on Windows 2000/2003 Servers & Terminal Servers
• Good knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
• Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
