The Management Trainee role is part of the American Express' Campus Hiring program with a view to hire future leaders for the organization. This program has established a strong identity over the past decade and has been running successfully across all the premium schools across the country. Qualifications The incumbent shall be recruited through a structured hiring program that shall be done in liaison with the placement cell of the select campuses across the country. As part of this program, the incumbents are required to work in the respective functional areas of risk, sales & marketing, operations and technology. As part of the program, the person shall join us as a Management Trainee and over a period of time, graduate into the mainstream work areas depending upon the areas of expertise that they have worked on or the business need.
