JNPT intends to engage Graduate/Technician (Diploma)/Technician (10+2 Vocational) Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 as follows:
• Bachelor of Engineering
- Electrical : 2
- Electronics & Telecomm : 1
- Mechanical : 3
• Diploma in Engineering
- Civil : 2
- Electrical : 2
- Mechanical : 3
• 10+2 Vocational Course
• Completed in following discipline
- Accounting & Auditing : 3
- Office secretary/Steno : 4
- Purchasing & Store Keeping : 2
The candidates who have passed their Degree/Diploma (AICTE approved)& 10+2 Vocational Course in the year 2012 and onwards, are only eligible for apprenticeship.
JNPT do not give any guarantee of employment to the apprentices on completion of apprenticeship training in JNPT. The application giving details of (i) Name (ii) Address for communication & Telephone No. (iii) Date of Birth (iv) Caste (v) Educational & technical Qualifications alongwith attested photo copies of certificates should reach within 15 days to Sr. Manager(P&IR), Administration Building, Sheva, Tal : Uran, Navi Mumbai - 400707.
