Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Graduate
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the IT infrastructure landscapes and is able to build solutions for Computing & Storage
• Able to understand diverse application environments and is able to design solutions for using latest technologies & best practices
• Solutioning skills in areas such as Computing, Virtualization, Storage, Disaster Recovery, etc, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including consulting skills

Position Summary :
• Identifying and working upon opportunities related to mainly based on products Solutions.
• Design and architect solutions for end-customers mainly based on products
• Work closely with Account Management/Channel team to develop and deliver Technical presentations for customers and complete Pre-Sales Support to ensure sales in a professional and effective manner.
• This includes but not limited to, developing technical presentation & workshops; lead, drive and/or conduct Sizing and Solutioning for customers, follow industry trends, meeting/exceeding defined KRAs and facilitate revenue goals for organization.
• Team up with Business Development and Sales teams for driving and achieving the organization's business targets on the assigned Solution Practices
• Team up with Partner Account Management teams for enabling and developing the channel so as to drive business effectively via the network of Avnet's Channel partners
• Must understand customer organizations business needs and develop solutions to address them and able to effectively communicate solution and its technical value
• Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner.
• Interact with ISVs to build complimentary solutions so as find newer avenues to deliver solutions
• Presenting to all levels of the organization including executive level, coordinating complex Solution developing process and overcoming objectives to closure. Ultimately, ensuring the customers know how we can provide value and solutions with our products and services.
