Job Description:
Managing design issues, detail drawing review and managing drafting section.
Prepairing preleminary sketches, layouts, plans, elevations, sections etc after detailed study of the site and analyze the basic functions and need of the project.
Prepairing initial concepts, presentations, review designs and provide inputs.
Providing technical and engineering inputs for preliminary plans .
Guiding inhouse team of architects and engineers for project taken up inhouse.
Obtaining management approval for deviations/modifications to master plan.
Recording of technical approvals and estimates.
Preperation and approval of project budget.
Determining work breakdown structure and project phasing.
Preperation and monitoring of Master project and construction schedule.
Analyze project report with respect to original planned objectives and recommend corrective actions.
