Roles And Responsibilities :
• Knowledge on multiple BMC product families.
• Certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
• Deep knowledge and certification on full suite BMC solutions.
• Familiar with other IT management technologies.
• Working knowledge of IT operations and management.
• Strong customer interaction skills and ability to lead workshops.
• Ability to work independently in achieving stated objectives.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take direction independently in achieving stated objectives.
• Ability to interface at all levels within an organization, technical to senior management.
• Strong technical knowledge of at least multiple operating systems environment.
• Ability to lead others in achieving stated objectives
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, coordinated presentation and advice to customers based on input from customers, sales, technical services, development and own professional experience.

Qualifications :
• B.S. or equivalent experience in computer science, MIS or related field.
• Foundations Certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
• 1 to 3 years experience implementing and/or administrating RDBMS-based enterprise computing solutions and BMC Solution (multiple products and current versions)
• 3-5 years experience in systems design and development experience in an enterprise computing environments on his BMC Solution skills
• Master degree preferred
• 3-5 years of overall experience
• Management experience or project management experience helpful
• Experience writing and/or contributing to customer proposals and project plans.
• Broad understanding of Service Management best practices.
• Formal BMC training courses.
• Multiple implementations and BMC product installation experience.
Important :
• BMC Certified Professional status in one of the following disciplines: IT Service Management, BMC Server Automation, BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management
