Job Description : • As a key member of the development team, individually will be responsible for assisting with all phases of the application development lifecycle (requirements gathering/definition, design, development, documentation, code management, bug fixes, and deployment). Primary job responsibilities include design, development, testing, maintenance, and administration of large IBM mainframe insurance systems. Key Accountabilities : • Gather and understand specific requirements, technical specification documentation, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, troubleshooting, and code management for assigned projects and deliverables • Design, development, testing, maintenance, and administration of mainframe systems • Collaborate, interface & communicate effectively with business partners & associated teams • Effectively translate non-technical business requirements into viable technical solutions • Effectively manage time between projects in different phases of development status • Collaborate with local & remote team members • Take a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with assignments Desired Candidate : • Must have 3+ years of experience with COBOL • Must have 2+ years experience IBM Mainframe, JCL, VSAM • Possess Strong CICS knowledge is a plus • Must have Strong systems analysis, design, and architecture skills • Proficient with version control tools (Endevor) and code management best practices • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Access. • Good Communication Skills.   We accept resumes only with B.E./B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA only with min 60% in SSC, Inter, B.E/B.Teh/MCA will be considered (MCA through correspondence is not considered) Please Carry (mandatory) : • Updated Resume Copy • Photo ID Proof • Latest Pay Slips • Passport Size Photograph Walk-In Date : On 1st October 2011 : 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM   Walk-In Venue : CNO IT SERVICES (INDIA) PVT.
