There will NOT be any Training/Recruitment/Registration/Consulting fees collected from candidates before/after the placement. http://www.ChetanaS.org Job Description : • Experience in FMCG, Retails or large manpower centric operation. • No of staff & labour handled should be more than 350 employees • Should have handled modern DC • Should have the management capabilities • Should have handled bigger DC as this DC us 4 lac sq mt big • Experience in handling large number of manpower directly ( face to face, not remotely sitting somewhere else) • Experience in handling customer and customers customer. • Experience in handling local issues, liaise with police and local authorities for resolve of the issues. • Ability to communicate independently to customer and management. • At least 8 to 10 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities : • We are looking for a person who is having good experience in handling operation / commercial of the team, having an FMCG background, experience in handling warehouse, preferably someone who has good communication skills and should be knowing the local language Kannada. http://www.ChetanaS.org ..................................................
